Pollyanna

*WINNER: BEST STAGE PLAY at the ICFFestival Orlando, 2025*

*World Premier Production at Tusculum University, April of 2026*

SYNOPSISBased on the classic novel by Eleanor H. Porter, 10 year-old Pollyanna arrives in 1920s Vermont to start a new life after the death of her parents. The townspeople initially regard her with suspicion, chiefly due to her reclusive, bitter aunt Polly Harrington.

With an indomitable spirit, Pollyanna uses kindness and friendship as her weapons with the town and her aunt. Slowly their bitterness melts away and a spirit of community begins to develop. But a tragic accident could undercut all the good she has done, and challenges her resilience more than ever.
